About Sentrion

We’re building Sentrion to help teams find companies that need what they offer, and understand the problem before reaching out. A business might be opening a new office, rebuilding a department or changing the way it operates. Our work is to make sense of those changes in the context of what each customer sells. We want the team reaching out to know how it can help, and the company hearing from them to have a reason to listen.

About the role

You’ll open the first conversation with sales leaders at B2B software companies across the US, the UK and Europe. We don’t want volume for its own sake. Every message should say something specific about the company and why we’re getting in touch now. You’ll use Sentrion’s own research to find those reasons, then turn the interest it creates into well-prepared meetings.

What you’ll do

  • Research target accounts and the people who run their sales teams. Work out what is changing at each company and whether Sentrion could help with it.
  • Write and send outreach by email, LinkedIn and phone that gives the recipient a clear reason to reply.
  • Follow up with care, handle early questions and objections, and book qualified meetings for the Account Executive.
  • Hand over each meeting with the context the next person needs: who is involved, what you’ve learned and why the timing matters.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and share what you hear from prospects, so we can improve our targeting and messaging.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in outbound sales, business development or appointment setting, ideally selling software to sales or revenue teams.
  • You write short, specific messages and are comfortable picking up the phone.
  • You’re curious about how companies work and willing to do the research before reaching out.
  • You stay organised across many conversations and follow through on what you say you’ll do.

Working at Sentrion

We want you to bring your own judgment to the work. If you spot a problem, think about what we should try next. If you disagree with a decision, explain why and what you’d do instead.

We also expect people to be honest when something goes wrong and take responsibility for making it right. Being able to reflect on your own work matters here.
